Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once it has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Flat delivery fee of $4 across Lebanon. Free delivery on orders over $50.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing is based on age range (Newborn, 0–3m, 3–6m, 6–9m, 9–12m, 12–18m, 18–24m). Since babies grow at different rates, we recommend sizing up if your baby is between ranges or on the larger side for their age.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I inspect my order before accepting it?
Yes. Since payment is on delivery, please check that the items match your order before accepting. If something is wrong, damaged, or not what you ordered, you can refuse delivery at no cost to you.
Can I return items after I've accepted delivery?
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, undershirts, and any garment worn directly against the skin cannot be returned or exchanged once accepted, whether worn or unworn. This is standard practice across baby and children's clothing retailers.
Can I exchange other items (pyjamas, sets, outerwear)?
Yes — unworn items with tags attached and original packaging intact can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery. We offer exchange, not refund.
What if I received a defective or wrong item?
We'll replace it at no cost to you. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item.

How do I wash Nenios items?
Machine wash cold with similar colors, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or line dry to preserve the cotton's softness.
What are your products made of?
100% cotton, chosen for softness and breathability against baby's skin.
